1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bk8ph3 ("bk8ph3," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bk8ph3 website located at https://bk8ph3.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by bk8ph3, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bk8ph3 Platform and close your account if one has been created. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the bk8ph3 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bk8ph3, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the bk8ph3 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bk8ph3 or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

bk8ph3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bk8ph3 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bk8ph3 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active bk8ph3 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk8ph3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify bk8ph3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team.
• Account Transferability: bk8ph3 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to any other person.

bk8ph3 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bk8ph3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bk8ph3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: bk8ph3 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements or technical factors.
• Verification Requirements: bk8ph3 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You must ensure your account is fully verified to avoid delays.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bk8ph3 does not accept third-party deposits and will return such funds to the source account.

bk8ph3 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bk8ph3 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bk8ph3 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• bk8ph3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bk8ph3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bk8ph3 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bk8ph3 staff or other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk8ph3 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of bk8ph3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited , non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bk8ph3 Platform without our prior written consent.

The bk8ph3 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bk8ph3. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8ph3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any services offered therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, bk8ph3 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service, whether due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or payout calculations resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that bk8ph3 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment processor delays or failures.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, bk8ph3's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall bk8ph3's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk8ph3 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

bk8ph3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

bk8ph3 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

bk8ph3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or the referral program.
• Use of prohibited software or techniques to gain an unfair advantage.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.

Upon account termination for cause, bk8ph3 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your bk8ph3 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bk8ph3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bk8ph3 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact our support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute with bk8ph3.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bk8ph3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
